Thomas from GEM came out today for my annual air-conditioning service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He performed a thorough inspection, topped off all the necessary fluids, checked and adjusted my filters, and made sure everything was running smoothly and efficiently.

What really went above and beyond was that he noticed a hornets’ nest growing next to my air-conditioning unit and took care of it for me on the spot. That was something I hadn’t even realized needed attention, and it saved me from a potentially unpleasant surprise later on!

Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find someone who pays such close attention to the details and takes such pride in their work. GEM is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you, Thomas, for the outstanding service!

Technicians were highly qualified. Very knowledgeable and professional. Respectful towards me and my home. Completed installation with in timeframe and cleaned up the areas they worked in. My issue is with whoever issued the system’s equipment. After 6 hours of working the technicians discovered they had been given the wrong system until! Resulting in them having to return for another 6 hour work day! This resulted in an additional day of inconvenience for myself and my family. No one from the Gem administration/management team has contacted me to apologize or offer reconciliation. I am happy with the product and the performance of the technical staff. But not with the treatment from management.

We had a tree branch fall and take out all of our electric equipment. GEM answered immediately and got someone out quickly. Mike Alberto got the job done quickly and explained everything as he went along. Great job!

I would recommend Corey Mayo for his expertise and would love to take his service again when needed

Updated: Today, we had an issue with a complete drain clog. GEM responded within hours, and fixed the problem. Once again, a great consumer experience.

We've relied on GEM for our plumbing needs for nearly 20 years. This week, they replaced the lead pipe bringing water into our home, a major project. GEM coordinated with city permit and water authorities, and got the job done in less than a day. Quick response, friendly competent technicians. A great experience.

I recently had my furnace serviced. David was respectful. pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable. After servicing the furnace he came up with recommendations and walked me through each. He prioritized them for me, helping me to decide which ones could wait, and which ones need attention now. I appreciated his honesty and the time he spent with me. He left the work area clean , turned off all the lights. I will ask for David again . He was delightful. Very nice young man

Brody and Nick We’re both excellent! They Fix our air conditioner rapidly, and also told the part that was likely to fail and got everything fixed right away. They also had everything they needed on their truck, which is very helpful because often in these kinds of repair people forget to stock their truck And then you have to Take a second day off of work! They were excellent!
