Luis and Edwin did an OUTSTANDING job in replacing my old furnace with a new one. They were thorough in every aspect of the job. From removal to the new install and clean up. Very nice man and very efficient

My water dies last night and GEM had a tech on call that came over assessed the situation and emptied the tank to avoid further issues . This morning the installation team arrive early, explained what could be done and went about replacing my tank. It was a smooth process which was appreciated given the circumstances. The techs were great and very personable. The left the site clean and made sure I was all set before leaving.

Gem techs redid intake & exhaust venting to improve appearance of difficult installation.

No repair was performed at this time I had to pay a diagnostic fee.

We had a new furnace installed today and the guys were great professional cleaned up after them self they were very informative they took all waste involved in the job and I will use gem again in the future
