We had 2 very old direct vent gas wall heaters replaced. Evan and Steve are the best. They explained everything and did a awesome job for never putting in these Rianni heaters . Kept me informed and answered all my questions and eased my concerns . Couldn't of asked for two better guys. The electrician and his assistant were outstanding with the fact the house was
built in 1925 with older wiring . Chen and his assistant installed 2 dedicated circuit for both heaters to run on and it works out great as now my air conditioner will run on the dedicated circuit this summer. Would recommend all of them for future heating needs .
We had the bathroom one downsized to a smaller unit with no issue what so ever even with them having to remove the bigger one they had put in they were happy to accommodate the issue

Joan Martinez came to my house on an emergency call when my furnace/boiler broke down at 1 am. He diagnosed the issues and unfortunately I needed a new system. GEM installed the new system over the next two days. Everyone on the crew was excellent. I signed up for GEM’s maintenance program because if I had previously it would have prolonged the life of my furnace/boiler. Today Joan Martinez returned to do routine maintenance on my mini splits. He was very thorough and made sure the units are ready for the summer season. I highly recommend and trust Joan Martinez for any job.
