Gem is always reliable. Technician was very knowledgeable, really understood steam system, burner components and was a good communicator, able to answer all my questions and give guidance on aspects of water levels and valve settings.

Omar and the guys were very professional. They did a great job installing the mini-split. They were very informative. They showed me how to run the cold air and the heat. Omar put down cloths on my floor to protect them, I was thankful for that. I will definitely refer Gem if any of my friends are interested in a mini-split or mini-split.

I had very stubborn severely clog drain. Edward and Caleb arrived to clear out a clog in my kitchen drain. They were prompt, very polite and professional. They made me feel at ease. They snaked the pipe, cleared the clog and ran an over flow of water to be sure the pipes were cleared. I felt very safe home having these gentlemen here, and would recommend them to friends and family. If I need services from Gem in the future, I would be pleased to have them again

Very pleased with the installation of the two new boilers, a 100,000 btu steam boiler and a forced hot water heater since needing the heating systems separated for my tenants. The crew and management worked together well and strove for customer satisfaction. The crew worked with me addressing issues and worked to resolve all issues. Tim, Tony and Rob, the field supervisors are on the ball and work to resolve all issues both with the boilers and electrical. Roselio, Jacob and Byron are amazing employees and hard workers. Had Eric and his assistant come back out to the property to do Some service on the brand new boiler since there was a lot of residue in the pipes. They got the situation quickly resolved, and everything is running to standard and well. The crew was very professional and honest.
