The technician was great! The scheduling was a bit challenging. I scheduled an appointment with someone in the office then a week later, I got a call indicating that they wouldn’t be able to perform the service. Never told why. I booked another date for service and received a call from the office that the technician wouldn’t be able to make my 4 hour window.

Very professional and answered any questions I had. I would like to Thank John and GEM office reaching out to me. Due to oil burner, he couldn’t work on it. But he did clean out me mini split filter and told me what’s the proper way of cleaning the filter to maintain the filter to last longer, and before he left. He doubled check outside unit that was attached to mini split.

My water dies last night and GEM had a tech on call that came over assessed the situation and emptied the tank to avoid further issues . This morning the installation team arrive early, explained what could be done and went about replacing my tank. It was a smooth process which was appreciated given the circumstances. The techs were great and very personable. The left the site clean and made sure I was all set before leaving.
