They were very patient with all of the explanations of what was wrong and made sure I understood everything. They also gave me a rundown on changing air filters and educated me on all of the necessary information. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The entire process, including diagnostics and problem resolution, took less than two hours.

Spoke with Michael from gem plumbing about getting a new furnace. He quoted me a price that I thought was reasonable and agreed on a date for removal of old furnace and installation of new system. Drew and Austin removed the old furnace and installed a new furnace. Very professional and knowledgeable. After the installation Drew and Austin went over everything with me about the new system. Had a chimney liner installed and then Gem plumbing sent a couple guys to check the system, everything was perfect. My whole experience with Gem plumbing was more than I anticipated. The reason I decided to go with Gem plumbing was their reputation and the crew that worked on my installation far exceeded my expectations. 100 percent satisfied
