It's really important to be knowledgeable about your own home. The problem has been fixed and I also know what to look out for in the upcoming months and years. The service (and parts) weren't cheap. Phew. But I have a good sense that the good service that Joe provided will ultimately save us money in the long run as we care for our system.

Mr. Liu and his GEM in training arrived on time and with phone calls that let us know their efforts were booked after our appointment. But…they took all the time they needed to assess what could have been a messy reinstall of a bath light/exhaust fan in a 1955 house. Although adequately warned that something other than pretty could happen, they made surgical cuts to enlarge the ceiling hole with minimal degradation of the ceiling. Despite the number of sawzall blades they’d used, we
were all smiling when we turned the fan on for the first time. Another successful visit by the GEMs.
