Spoke with Michael from gem plumbing about getting a new furnace. He quoted me a price that I thought was reasonable and agreed on a date for removal of old furnace and installation of new system. Drew and Austin removed the old furnace and installed a new furnace. Very professional and knowledgeable. After the installation Drew and Austin went over everything with me about the new system. Had a chimney liner installed and then Gem plumbing sent a couple guys to check the system, everything was perfect. My whole experience with Gem plumbing was more than I anticipated. The reason I decided to go with Gem plumbing was their reputation and the crew that worked on my installation far exceeded my expectations. 100 percent satisfied

I know we had snafus getting you guys over here but Aaron showed up today and found out what the problem was corrected it and he also went above and below at the exact right time when I was asking him a question he came down on the ground and grabbed a bolt and helped put up the differential cover that I was working on By starting a couple of bolts! I have used Gem in the past for both plumbing and electrical issues. This time it was a blocked kitchen drain. Turns out it was more than a blocked drain in the PVC under the sink. Nicholas snaked the entire line (down to the basement) to clear out grease and "gunk" that has been literally decades in the making. Because of how this job was handled and because of how the tech talked to me, I am contracting to replace the VERY old 1950's era cast iron pipes in my home.

UPDATE: Work was quickly scheduled. Nicholas arrived today and completed the work. It was a big job. Excellent work.
