I had contacted GEM because the heat had gone out in my tenants apartment. Anthony and Nehemias came out and determined the issue to be with the pressure switch. They were able to replace the pressure switch and get the heat up and running. They also changed the air filter and performed some system maintenance. Anthony and Nehem were so nice! They explained everything, answered all of my questions, and reviewed with me all of the work that was done once they had finished. I signed up for the GEM Home Comfort Club and am very happy with the service received.

Gem has always been my lifesaver and yesterday they came through again. When GEM came yesterday for the annual boiler cleaning they discovered that my boiler was leaking carbon monoxide gas. It had not been leaking the year before so carbon monoxide leaking from your burner. It’s like a tire that’s going flat in the air is coming out. It only gets worse. They gave me an estimate on replacing it, I did some research and they said that they couldn’t install it the next day. The price was in line with everything I had researched and the Bernar rated very high on Trustpilot as did the warranty. Having worked with GEM before, I trust them and I made the deal. Today two men arrived two more came then the Electrician.They got the old burner out they got the new burner installed. They cleaned up the basement and I now have heat and no carbon monoxide.Thanks for being there again GEM.

had to get a new furnace installed, Alecs and Ethan showed up right on time. They worked tirelessly all day long to make sure everything was up and running. They were professional and courtesy, worked neatly and efficiently. Could not have asked for a better team for our project.

Douglas and Christopher came installed new insulation on the outside lines, cleaned the whole system And removed mold from the units and added a UV light Air scrubber in the attic. Nice job done by all.

Installers were very experienced and worked to make this a simple process for us. They were very conscientious and took care to clean up as they went and when they were finished. The electrical work was not 5 star, minimal communication and left a bit of a mess in all the areas where they needed to work but I didn’t want to take away from the great work of the installers.

My tech was very knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions. I was so impressed I entered a annual maintenance agreement with him.
