Nicholas snaked the entire line (down to the basement) to clear out grease and "gunk" that has been literally decades in the making. Because of how this job was handled and because of how the tech talked to me, I am contracting to replace the VERY old 1950's era cast iron pipes in my home.

Got a problem with your well pump not working? Not a problem! Call Gem plumbing & heating services. Our 100’ deep well finally lived out its life and stopped working. Not a pleasant experience when suddenly you have to get water somewhere and start filling up buckets. I called on Saturday and they came by within a few hours. They checked the pressure tank first then the well. They came back Monday and installed the new pump. I couldn’t have asked for better service! They were there when I needed them!
