I was not a service call. It’s just a yearly check up on the air conditioner. I did not meet Thomas personally, but my wife said he was very nice man. you must’ve needed a garden hose for something. I noticed it was moved, but it was wrapped very nicely and put back where where he found it. I appreciate that. overall, we were very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Tony and Kevin were great, very professional and very knowledgeable- they listened to what I thought was going on, started there and quickly solved the A/C airflow issue. In this day and age and how expensive everything seems to be it was refreshing that Tony seemed very aware of pricing and as a result of their experience and efficiency make the bill very reasonable

We were very happy with the Service! Jacob and his “understudy” showed a very professional and efficient service. Jacob seem to be very experienced, and knowledgeable, and can think outside of the box. For over 20 years every time we had the boiler serviced, louvre was recommended as a solution for the low air supply.. Jacob saw the unused 4 inch dryer duck which is already in place and with minor modification can provide more air, which I thought was a brilliant idea. Highly recommend this team to anyone!

Hands down the best service, communication is top notch. My Ac and furnace needed to be replaced and I must say Alecs Reyes and team were amazing, polite and professional and informative every step of the way. I highly recommend Gem. Update I also had them move my electrical panel which was not up to code and was the worst thing they have ever seen lol the team who handled the move was amazing once again fantastic work by the gem team!

Devontay Vaz and his colleague did an excellent job servicing our scheduled maintenance on our Heating and Cooling Mini Split system which is part of our Maintenance Plan. They took the time to explain the process from start to finish. They also made sure to explain the future unit maintenance after the summer season, which we found VERY helpful. We have been members of Gem Heating and Plumbing for years now. As always, the technicians were polite, professional, and knowledgeable about their work.
