Very quick but complete exam of a/c . I wish they would leave a comprehensive review that I could read. Not sure what OK means as a review.

We had a new furnace and water heater installed. The team came when promised and even early, were polite, did a great job, and cleaned up perfectly. GEM’s price was very competitive and the interval to do the work was 4 days as opposed to a month with other vendors. We were very pleased!

I can't believe how impressed I was with Gem and the entire experience. The install team was at my house every day by 8:30am and finished a half day before I expected them to. My sibling had the mini splits installed last year with the same results. I would highly recommend Gem for installation of new mini splits. Thank you to Roselio and Andrew.

Appreciate fast response to my leaking water heater problem. That ware heater was 13 years old and beyond repair. GEM techs installed a new replacement in the same day. That’s really great service. Thank you GEM.

Couple of guys came and checked the system made sure everything was working kind and courteous.. explain how to operate the HVAC system with the controller.. appreciate the service.

Highly recommended . 2025- same great service for our routine maintenance for our central air unit. May 14, 2026 – great yearly central air maintence by Joe and Anthony . Professional and helpful explaining the inspection they preformed August -18 2026 – we had our yearly maintence for our generator . Aiden was the Gem tech that came out and did the yearly maintence. Aiden was excellent answering all my questions regarding the generator . Was a pleasure having Aiden serviced our yearly generator maintenance

When our HVAC gave up the ghost last week, I was panicked about having to go without air conditioning for these 80 degree weeks indoors with our two small children and dog. GEM got out for an estimate super fast and was able to book us for system replacement four days later – other companies were scheduling an estimate until three weeks out! Service was quick and efficient, the installers were knowledgeable and kind, and were more than satisfied with the work completed. Thanks, GEM!

Wehad a leak in the feed tube going into our toilet. It leajed down through the ceiling into our kitchen. I called GEM and they sent technicians right out to fix the problem. The technicians arrived, assessed the problem and gave us a very reasonable quote. The technician also noriced veteran plates on my car and applied a 10% discount! They fixed rhe priblem, noticed that the feed tubes to my sink didn't look good and correctex them as well. Both texhnicians were very personable and kind. They helped lower our anxiety as well. Great experience! Highly recommend GEM plumbing!
