I have already posted a 5 star review and want to post another. Four years after becoming a GEM customer, I remain totally satisfied with their service. I could name a lot of names: Nathan Campbell, Tony Rossi, Michael Hassel, Steven Gray and his partner Chase, and others who have all been incredibly responsive and totally dedicated to solving the problem at hand. I think for an organization as large as GEM they have managed to recruit and train a great group of professionals. All that matters to me is quick access to such a good group caring pros.

The service and attention to detail is excellent. They identified the problems with 2 toilets and 2 shower faucets and resolved every issue with the least amount of disruption. They even went the extra mile to identify the cause of a ceiling stain to make sure it wasn't from water. I recommend them highly for quality of work, knowledge and efficiency.

Eric and Mason were very professional and told me the best and worst case scenarios of solving our old iron pipes sewage drain problem.
