Gem has installed a new central Carrier A/c system and then, a month later, a new Carrier split system, Tim in sales is fantastic as has been every technician. We have used GEM now for a/c and plumbing (Moen Flo install followed by installation of a water pressure valve). In every case, service has been excellent. They’re expensive, for sure, but they’re quick and efficient and stand behind their work. Worth the extra expense for quality and follow-up when needed.

I needed emergency help with a leaking water pipe in the cellar and an issue with the toilet tank. Brian was able to complete the repair under diffucult conditions and offered recommendations for the need to replace the aging toilet in the near future.

GEM was extremely responsive to my request for a service call. Erikson Mejia our assigned technician was knowledgeable and efficient in his inspection and approach to problem solving my issue. He systematically evaluated and diagnosed the problem and repair required. He ordered the necessary parts needed promptly and followed up with us on the status of delivery and anticipated service call completion.

Dory and team did an excellent job correcting an electrical problem with our heat pump. Professional service at its best!

I would like to extend my gratitude to Josh and team members yesterday for going above and beyond to install a mini split in my unit. Josh was kind and patient and took the time to explain everything they did on the job and even help me with the rebate through Rhode Island Energy. I also want to thank Michael and Vince, who I worked with to get to this point. It took a little bit because of the rebate through clean heat and having the energy assessment through Rise, but, well worth the wait. I give my five star rating because GEM Is dependable and efficient with very diligent employees. I highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

New resident needing plumber to improve drainage of bathroom sinks and stop leaky faucets. As first plumber I called did not call me back, I called Gem for help. William and Mark were sent to provide service within 2 hours. Problems corrected after thorough discussion of options and pricing for each. Selected the replacement option for leaking faucets, which resulted in spending more money than anticipated, but they selected good looking faucets from supplier and returned to install them. I elected to enter into a one year contract to secure HVAC service for the year, eliminating the dispatch fee. I am pleased with the new well functioning faucets.
