Even with the member discount, it seemed like a lot to pay for some pretty basic tankless hot water heater maintenance without any replacement parts except for a small amount of neutralizer rocks. But the guy who did it was good. Showed up within the first hour of the 4 hour window and finished in less than 2 hours. I like the convenience of calling and getting an appointment fairly quickly.
