Douglas and Christopher came installed new insulation on the outside lines, cleaned the whole system And removed mold from the units and added a UV light Air scrubber in the attic. Nice job done by all.

Eric did a great job testing our water and suggesting appropriate solutions to our problems
Brian installed electric outlets and replaced light fixtures. Took the time to do it right and pointed out any difficulties with a proposal for the way to oroceed

First time using Carmine’s or any home service and they were great. We first got a free estimate and were able to ask questions and get reliable answers on the water heater . Would totally use in the future.

Joseph from GEM did an excellent job with our semi annual HVAC maintenance. He explained exactly what he did and was thorough & efficient. Additionally he was friendly & professional. We are very satisfied with GEM overall.

So far, GEM Plumbing & Heating has been very helpful to us. We've had the maintenance membership for a little more than a year, and they come twice a year to service our heat pump, minisplits and tankless water heater. We're happy with their service, and their technicians are usually very friendly, respectful and patience with us, taking time to explain maintenance aspects of our equipment, as well as, giving us usage and maintenance tips.
UPDATE: it's been three years of the maintenance service and again, nothing but praises for GEM. Keep up the goo work!

Bobby the technician who came out was excellent in how he troubleshoot the problem with our boiler. He deserves a 5 star rating for his work.
I give GEM a 4 star, because the technician had to travel to two warehouse to get all the parts he needed. That is an inventory control issue.

Great service! Technician arrived on timed was right to work on a clogged drain after he gave me the cost of the service, which was reasonable. Upon completion he made sure all the area was cleaned up. All people I had contact with were pleasant and professional.

Living on the Cape finding a reliable service company can be difficult. GEM is now my go to for HVAC and plumbing service.

What an excellent experience! Tim and his team from GEM are truly experts in their fields. and did an excellent job replacing our 20-year-old boiler. Their work is top-notch and the technicians were friendly and engaging. They walked me through the installation process step-by-step and also recommended some much-needed improvements to my existing system. I’ll be working with them on future projects!

Xavier reponded in the late evening, coming from quite a distance. Our furnace has gone out while we were away and jt was very cold in the house. Xavier told me “I’ll figure it out,“ and that he did, cheerfully and efficiently! Thank you, Xavier:)

I came home on Sunday after working all day and found my kitchen sink full of sewerage. Called Gem from a list because I recognized the name from the trucks I have seen around town. They actually answered the phone at 6:30 on Sunday night. The guy was great very helpful (I know nothing about plumbing) took all my info put me on hold then came right back to say they could have somebody out to me that night and that they would call me. Within the hour they called and said be there in 15 minutes and they were. Guy was great answered all my stupid questions, gave me a price before starting work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. ( even when I accidentally flushed while he was working!) I had roots in sewer line going to street he was upfront with what was done. About How long I could expect it to last and what I needed to do to fix problems. He even found a leaking pipe I need to fix in bath! When I asked for exact prices for other fixes he either had them or could refer me to who did. I thought the price was a bit steep but it was a Sunday night! And when I checked with other places found they were pretty normal if you could even get service on Sunday night!

Services were very good. Technician was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased.

Anthony was proactive, thorough, and responsive for what was an unexpected rush repair.

I scheduled my first HVAC Maintenance appointment and Emanuel Q came out. Emanuel was great! He answered all of my questions and explained everything he was doing. While he was outside he noticed the wiring for the AC unit wasn't wired correctly and coordinated with his supervisor to come back and install an electrical whip a few days later. I didn't have to do anything with the scheduling, he took care of everything! I'm very happy with the service received!
