Professional and helpful explaining the inspection they preformed August -18 2026 – we had our yearly maintence for our generator . Aiden was the Gem tech that came out and did the yearly maintence. Aiden was excellent answering all my questions regarding the generator . Was a pleasure having Aiden serviced our yearly generator maintenance August 21-2026. Gem tech Richard stopped by today to go over a couple of issues with our central air unit . Excellent visit and service . August 28 2026 – another great professional visit today by ( Senior ) Joseph . Our central air went down and was fixed in less than 24 hours . Thanks again !

Brandon and his colleague (whose name I didn't get) were great. They quickly diagnosed my problem, shared a solution, and confirmed the system was operating properly before departing. I thought the price for the service call was reasonable. Both behaved professionally and were courteous and considerate for the duration of the service call.

Victor was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done, and I felt very confident in his approach.

Excellent service. They had to come back several times, but finally found the problem – a nail pinching the wire under the wood frame that was put in by Renewal by Anderson. The door bell finally works. Thank you Eric for taking care of it and offering suggestions and to the Handyman( I did not get his name) for putting the molding back on. Carlton & Elaine Windle service and he answered all my questions. He went above and beyond even gluing my sagging insulation back in place and updated all the software.
