Steven was professional and was able to fix my heat. I had another worker come 2 days ago to fix the same issue who wasn’t as professional and seemed to be in a rush. Heat did not turn on after he left and I was charged a service fee plus labor and parts. Thankfully I was not charged again.

Very pleased with the installation of the two new boilers, a 100,000 btu steam boiler and a forced hot water heater since needing the heating systems separated for my tenants. The crew and management worked together well and strove for customer satisfaction. The crew worked with me addressing issues and worked to resolve all issues. Tim, Tony and Rob, the field supervisors are on the ball and work to resolve all issues both with the boilers and electrical. Roselio, Jacob and Byron are amazing employees and hard workers.

The technician was great! The scheduling was a bit challenging. I scheduled an appointment with someone in the office then a week later, I got a call indicating that they wouldn’t be able to perform the service. Never told why. I booked another date for service and received a call from the office that the technician wouldn’t be able to make my 4 hour window.

Luis and Edwin did an OUTSTANDING job in replacing my old furnace with a new one. They were thorough in every aspect of the job. From removal to the new install and clean up. Very professional and answered any questions I had. I would like to Thank John and GEM office reaching out to me. Due to oil burner, he couldn’t work on it. But he did clean out me mini split filter and told me what’s the proper way of cleaning the filter to maintain the filter to last longer, and before he left. He doubled check outside unit that was attached to mini split.
