While my A/C maintenance appointments did get cancelled and rescheduled during a heatwave, GEM followed up to reschedule. Davontay Vaz and Richard Fournier were two of the techs who most recently worked on the A/C maintenance or troubleshooting. They were friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Recommended for reliability and the service.
