I used Gem Company for an electrical issue is was experiencing. They responded quite promptly (same day). The technician they sent out (Tim Foster) was excellent! He worked to diagnose the problem. He took the time to describe the three options for addressing the issue plus any other questions I had. I highly recommend Gem especially if you get Tim as the technician.

It was the yearly check up and Christoper was very polite and courteous. He went above and beyond his job in helping cut out my shrub that was blocking the fan. Very helpful and it meant a lot to me.

I was really concerned when I saw water streaming outside my siding along with a clogged toilet. They arrived that night, inspected everything carefully, and confirmed there was no clear sign of a burst pipe. They fixed the clog and replaced the flapper, and while the outside water still needs more investigation, they gave me a lot of peace of mind and were great to work with.

Excellent work and the workers were friendly and fast. I'd hire them again!

They do excellent meticulous work. The only reason I can’t give five stars is through no fault of theirs. They found the gas leak, but it’s going to require a total refit of the piping.

I contacted Gem and Colin D. came out on time when scheduled to provide a quote to install air conditioning in my home. I was impressed with the time taken to accurately review what was needed and their quote given was the lowest of 2 other quotes received where these companies spent all of 5 min. I agreed on the proposal and installation process. They arrived on time when scheduled. Everything went well, Town Permit was taken and Town Inspector came out. The Gem group were extremely professional and I am very satisfied with this company going forward for all my heating and air conditioning needs and maintenance.

Great tech – explained everything

As with many things, my plumbing issue came up unexpectedly. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and a repair technician arrived at my home within five hours. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently, and the technician was both knowledgeable and professional throughout the process.

The cost was higher than I had anticipated, but given that the issue required immediate attention and needed to be resolved that day, I was prepared for the expense. Overall, I was pleased with the prompt service and quality of the repair.
