Very good. Technician determined fluids were empty. Was able to fill with dye and rescheduled future appt to search for leaks Has already identified leak in condenser at pipe connection. He checked all vents and 2 air handlers To track locations of Freon. Determined proper pressure levels and other settings were ok but not cooking. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Since performed all these checks, Can he return to finish his work!!! Thank you, Ayres Services were related to lg heat pump, Not items that follow… And price not determined not finished..

Today we had our AC systems installed on the roof of our condo’s. The team from GEM were amazing. They were very professional, communicated every step of what they were doing which gave me great peace. The team, Omar who was the lead, John, Louis, Michael, Mike the electrician were phenomenal. Nick with the crane crew was very nice. I hope I didn’t miss anyone. It was so assuring watching them work so well together. Their respect for each other was present and refreshing. This job was done simultaneously between my neighbors condo and my condo which was huge. The team truly worked AMAZINGLY well together. Their checklist & cleanup was A PLUS PLUS. I would highly recommend GEM and their teams. Anthony Goris was very professional and expertly explained what was happening with my very old AC unit. He was very patient and kind with his time relieving my anxiety of a huge purchase. Edgar Pollino was also very professional and expertly explained my options. He was very knowledgeable explaining everything and very patient & kind answering all my questions. I would highly recommend GEM.

Richard was a very knowledgeable technician who evaluated the issues with my heat pump/split system. I decided not to proceed with the recommended extensive repairs at this time.

Aug 2025 – Excellent service by Jacob and his coworker . Yearly maintenance on our Generator . Great service as always . Routine maintenance appointment for our boiler . Highly recommended . 2025- same great service for our routine maintenance for our central air unit. May 14, 2026 – great yearly central air maintence by Joe and Anthony . Professional and helpful explaining the inspection they preformed August -18 2026 – we had our yearly maintence for our generator . Aiden was the Gem tech that came out and did the yearly maintence. Aiden was excellent answering all my questions regarding the generator . Was a pleasure having Aiden serviced our yearly generator maintenance August 21-2026. Gem tech Richard stopped by today to go over a couple of issues with our central air unit . Excellent visit and service .

The service man, I can’t remember his name. I’m sorry, he showed up at the most an hour and a half after I called the company. He was really nice. He Explained everything, I knew I needed a water jet system, but I didn’t really know much else and he took the time to explain everything. He just did an amazing job, This has been an awful situation and nobody has been able to help us and I totally believe since that man left that my issue is resolved. I mean you can stay too for another episode, but I feel confident.

Phenomenal service. Victoria G responded to an urgent plumbing need and explained everything in detail after he evaluated all possible problem areas. He was exceptionally polite and also showed me videos and photos of another issue . I highly recommend!!!!!

Very quick but complete exam of a/c . I wish they would leave a comprehensive review that I could read. Not sure what OK means as a review.

We had a new furnace and water heater installed. The team came when promised and even early, were polite, did a great job, and cleaned up perfectly. GEM’s price was very competitive and the interval to do the work was 4 days as opposed to a month with other vendors. We were very pleased!

I can't believe how impressed I was with Gem and the entire experience. The install team was at my house every day by 8:30am and finished a half day before I expected them to. My sibling had the mini splits installed last year with the same results. I would highly recommend Gem for installation of new mini splits. Thank you to Roselio and Andrew.
