Three days after the blizzard of 2026 our hot water tank was failing.I called Gem Plumbing and Heating division Thursday night and was extremely grateful to know that they would be on our doorstep with a new tank on Friday considering the tough road conditions. I cannot say enough for the service team of Walter and Anthony. They know their stuff! Sincere appreciation to Gem and their terrific plumbing team.

Anthony was great! Although I could not get an immediate fix, the emergency services put my mind at ease and alleviated my worries about a potential dangerous gas boiler situation.

Installation of smart thermostats

Walter came on my first day, when an unexpected leak Gave me the worst anxiety I’ve ever felt. I called several other plumbers and nobody was available Same day, which was an issue as we couldn’t turned on our main water valve until the leak was identified and stopped. Thankfully GEM We’re so understanding and came right away, from the phone operator, calming me down to my technician, Walter, being the best. He really hoped to be understand what happened and ease my anxiety in general about how to take care of a home as a first time on fire. He went above and beyond in the situation and made me feel a lot better. I’m still a nervous wreck, because I know things like this will continue to happen as a home, but I know if I ever have other means I won’t be as nervous because I can always call GEM!
