Although, we had to drop a lot of money today. We are very appreciative of David Santiago and Colin D. David explained everything that was wrong with our system. Even tried to find a way to fix the disaster. Even though we both knew, it wasn't worth it. That's where Colin come in and broke the heart breaking news but helped us find options and worked with us. With that we are VERY thankful for you both! GEM has a life long customer. Thanks guys.

The GEM plumbers were fantastic. They hooked up a new spigot and a back flow preventer for the drip irrigation system I will have installed soon. They explained everything, they were fast and respected my home during the job. I highly recommend GEM for your next plumbing repair or upgrade.

Very fast install of 7-zone mini split system and required panel upgrade. From first call to work completion was less than a week. No quality issues of install and the workers were great. Overall GEM is very expensive, but quality and speed are fantastic.

Just completed AC tune up with Nick R. Courteous and knowledgeable service. Thorough and friendly. Arrived on time and explained his intent. Highly recommend!

Richard F. was the first Gem employee I met. My original appointment was to have the air conditioner yearly service (central air). After opening the side panel Richard showed me the black mold and rust inside the unit. NO ONE had ever opened the side panel during a yearly service appointment. There were years of built up black mold. I will NEVER use the companies I have used in the past. Richard presented 2 options. He was not pushy. He simply presented the information to me and answered all of my questions. Richard is respectful both professionally and personally. We scheduled the appointment for the following day (removal of the old unit and condenser and installation of the new.

The following day Richie and John arrived at 7:45AM. Leo then arrived. They worked from the time they arrived (7:45AM-5:00PM) until they completed the job. They are respectful both professionally and personally. They thoroughly explained all the work they did and gave me information that I did not know previously. Again, we get the a/c serviced yearly and no one had ever explained anything. They cleaned up after completing the work. I mean immaculately.

He came over on Easter Sunday and helped us with a big problem that could not wait. He explained everything in detail. He stayed until the problem was resolved. Really nice guy.
