Jason and Ryan did a great job diagnosing the issues and explaining what repairs and installls were required. They were also timely in getting the work done and as with other Gem professionals we recently engaged, were a pleasure to have working in our home.

Christopher Rogan arrived on time very professional and fix two major plumbing problems for us. He was very friendly and explained the repairs in an easy way to understand it. Great young man.

GEM saved me by coming right away when I had an emergency on a holiday weekend. They did not charge me through the nose, did the job and were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!

My A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year and GEM was able to send someone out that day! The crew was courteous and professional and they explained what was wrong and options to fix it.

I couldn’t have lucked out any better than I did when I called GEM! My outdoor condenser unit stopped working, and I called around to several places and GEM Was the first one to say I’ll be there tonight and in the end I just had to send them photos of my current unit and they were able to find me a replacement unit within minutes. That was on Tuesday and by Thursday I had a brand new unit and what might be the hottest week of the summer. They really came through and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service from the moment I called until the end of the install.

Scott did a great job on the work, came up with good idea for updating our online valves replacement, noticed other future issue with kitchen sink.

Our mini split units died three days before a major heatwave was to hit-GEM came and installed two new units the next day. Eli and his partner were great-explained everything as they went-they were friendly and professional. I am very happy with the experience! Thank you so much!!
