Bruno and Eric installed a five zone mini split air conditioning system for us. It was a rather challenging task with a few issues that they had to work through. They were always undaunted while working through some complicated things without complaining. They never cut corners to make the job quicker or easier. Indeed, they did a neat and well thought out installation as if they were working in one of their homes. I appreciated that they kept me informed of what they were doing and planning to do. When I had options to choose from they always explained them thoroughly and didn't rush me. They went out of their way to do everything to look as good as possible with the best functionality. Right through the final explanation and demonstration of the system it was obvious that they took pride in their work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team to anyone.

I had a slow leak in my water pipes going to my upstairs bathrooms. Scott was able to trace the leak by cutting into the walls. He was able to replace the corroded copper pipes with corrosive resistant pipes all in the same day. Scott kept me updated throughout the repair and kept the time we were without water to less than 2 hours. Over all I was very satisfied with the results

Today I had a replacement AC UNIT installed by two GEM technicians. The hole experience from beginning to end was great. The two techs arrived on time, got wright to work all through the process I was updated. There professionalism was greatly appreciated. I would recommend GEM, when and If the need for a new unit happens.
