Douglas came and did maintenance on our AC units and pointed out the problems which were mold and shedding insulation on the outside unit.
I was able to see where the problems up close and pictures from the attic.

Edgar did the initial inspection and application. He was very friendly and pleasant. He listened to our concerns and worked with us. Bruno and his team installed our mini splits. They were very efficient and friendly as well. They even worked around our son’s nap schedule. They made sure everything was how we liked it before proceeding to something else and they gave their honest opinions.
I highly recommend going through GEM, even if they are a little pricey, their financing programs are accommodating.
