I am very satisfied! Came on time, did maintenance on 2 units and was very nice to talk to with a few questions I asked. Very happy with the service I received.

Had a leaking tub/shower spout/diverter valve. Tech replaced this spout. He was knowledgeable, friendly and replaced the unit quickly. I was surprised at the labor costs – over $700 for work he did in less than an hour.

Doug was excellent and fixed the problem and showed up in the heat wave. Totally impressed with their services!

Issue with AC and heat, GEM sent someone out in 2 days to assess. Unfortunately we could not get the issue to happen while they were here, Davontay Vaz was very polite and did not want to overcharge me by guessing what could be wrong. He explained different scenarios. Oddly enough the issue has not been repeated! Magical touch! Always responsive and have always had great service!

Orlando communicated well. Was on time. Gave us estimate of repairs. It was Sunday so they didn't have or couldn't get the part til tomorrow.

I would like to share my experiences with you about Gem plumbing and Heating I have used the company before. Kaitlyn was the person I talked to on the phone very helpful and informative. Ryan Sandbach was the first technician that came to fix the problem. He was heating,he was very thorough about finding what was wrong. I was informed that he had to get the plumber to look at it. Ryan was very helpful and informative. Then came William (Bill) Tessier professional new what he was doing. Checked the system, found out what was going on. Very informative, kind and polite. I felt like I had made the right decision to call Gem Plumbing and Heating again . I know that I can rely on them.

This is our second time working with GEM for emergency repairs. They come in a ti Ely manner, they get the job done, they explain exactly what they’re doing, and I always feel confident in their work. They’re expensive but they always come through in a pinch.

Jason and Ryan did a great job diagnosing the issues and explaining what repairs and installls were required. They were also timely in getting the work done and as with other Gem professionals we recently engaged, were a pleasure to have working in our home.

Christopher Rogan arrived on time very professional and fix two major plumbing problems for us. He was very friendly and explained the repairs in an easy way to understand it. Great young man.

GEM saved me by coming right away when I had an emergency on a holiday weekend. They did not charge me through the nose, did the job and were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!

My A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year and GEM was able to send someone out that day! The crew was courteous and professional and they explained what was wrong and options to fix it.

I couldn’t have lucked out any better than I did when I called GEM! My outdoor condenser unit stopped working, and I called around to several places and GEM Was the first one to say I’ll be there tonight and in the end I just had to send them photos of my current unit and they were able to find me a replacement unit within minutes. That was on Tuesday and by Thursday I had a brand new unit and what might be the hottest week of the summer. They really came through and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service from the moment I called until the end of the install.
