We had two services performed by GEM. Our well system was entirely replaced and our on demand water heater replaced. During both services the technicians were informative, on time, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job in both cases, cleaned the areas of water and debris. We were exceptionally pleased to find that GEM trains their tech’s. Something that too few companies do these days. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with these services.

I found my water heater leaking on a Friday late afternoon called GEM the came out explained everything to my and gave me quote..came to my house the next morning and installed the new water heater and explained everything to me.. very good to deal with.
