GEM was extremely responsive to my request for a service call. Erikson Mejia our assigned technician was knowledgeable and efficient in his inspection and approach to problem solving my issue. He systematically evaluated and diagnosed the problem and repair required. He ordered the necessary parts needed promptly and followed up with us on the status of delivery and anticipated service call completion.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Josh and team members yesterday for going above and beyond to install a mini split in my unit. Josh was kind and patient and took the time to explain everything they did on the job and even help me with the rebate through Rhode Island Energy. I also want to thank Michael and Vince, who I worked with to get to this point. It took a little bit because of the rebate through clean heat and having the energy assessment through Rise, but, well worth the wait. I give my five star rating because GEM Is dependable and efficient with very diligent employees. I highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

New resident needing plumber to improve drainage of bathroom sinks and stop leaky faucets. As first plumber I called did not call me back, I called Gem for help. William and Mark were sent to provide service within 2 hours. Problems corrected after thorough discussion of options and pricing for each. Selected the replacement option for leaking faucets, which resulted in spending more money than anticipated, but they selected good looking faucets from supplier and returned to install them. I elected to enter into a one year contract to secure HVAC service for the year, eliminating the dispatch fee. I am pleased with the new well functioning faucets. The installation went extremely well from beginning to end. Shout out to Roberto (sales) for completing a detailed heating/cooling analysis and answering all my questions. Congratulations to Richard (installer) who worked diligently through a strong rain storm to replace the old system. The weather conditions were very challenging. Denise did a great job communicating schedules, providing updates and setting expectations. Thank you. Gem is a top shelf company which is very professional, efficient and delivers excellent value. For four out of five experiences so far, maintenance and repair team are very professional! While my A/C maintenance appointments did get cancelled and rescheduled during a heatwave, GEM followed up to reschedule. Davontay Vaz and Richard Fournier were two of the techs who most recently worked on the A/C maintenance or troubleshooting. They were friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Recommended for reliability and the service.
