I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain and it was a mess. Colin was very respectful of my property and worked very efficiently. He cleaned up after the work was accomplished, the area was impeccable. I have used Gem in the past, and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Excellent service. What i believed was a small electrical issue, turned out to much more involved. Dory and Kevin spent hours "in surgery" correcting faulty wiring and got my system working again.

On Oct. 16 the heat in the house still wouldn’t work so GEM came out to find the problem. Harrison arrived at 9:00 and spent all day working on a solution. He kept me informed on what was happening all along the way. It turns out that it was several problems all related and by the end of the day another part had to be found. The next day Harrison and Erin were there bright and early and with the new part. Even with the new parts things were still not working right, so they contacted the tech team at Bryant headquarters and they were stumped. But Harrison and Erin solved the problem and now we have heat. They were terrific, very hard working, knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I’m very pleased.

The situation was an emergency septic issue. They showed up immediately and found the problem. Very professional.

We are very happy with our service. We had a leak that caused our water to be shut off. In no time Gem had it all figured out. Thank you Cesar and Alex. We really appreciated the great follow through. Very clean job. Water being put back on was amazing. They also handled all the ground work to make sure everyone was notified and they also pulled all the permits.
