Eric Governor from GEM came to my house today. I was very overwhelmed with the electrical issues I was having and he took his time explaining everything to me and what my options were. He didn’t leave until I understood what was needed. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Every person I dealt with at GEM was very professional and very pleasant. No long wait for the house call or the installation.They installed my three mini-splits and condenser in under 7 hours and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent Service

I had my A/C go down on a 90° Friday. GEM sent David Salvatore to my house same day, and he was back first thing Monday morning with the parts to repair. He was an honest gentleman and a clean worker. He even found me a first time customer coupon to save me a few dollars. Are they priced a bit higher than some other companies? Yes, they are. But my existing company, Mutual Engineering, wasn’t even going to come for a diagnosis for a week! This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. In addition to this condenser repair, David showed me maintenance that I should have been doing on a separate mini-split system installed by my now previous company. Mutual Engineering never informed me of this requirement. Bottom line is when it’s extreme heat or cold and your HVAC goes down, you want service quickly. I got that, and it was worth every penny.

We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink and as luck would have it, we had company coming to our house the following day. A neighbor gave me the name and phone number to GEM Plumbing. They came to our rescue and their guys were here the following morning, right at the promised time. We were very happy with their two guys and all was fixed within a few hours. Steven was great to work with and explained the issue we were having very well.

Edward was great. My mother was having a drainage issue. Other companies have come in and charged her money and not fixed the problem. Edward got down to the root of the problem and fixed it for us. Response time is quick. I booked the appt on Tuesday evening they were there Wednesday morning. In the past my husband and I have used GEM for an emergency where we called at 7am and they were there by 9 same day. Obviously those things cost money, but it is very reasonable for what you are getting. I would absolutely recommend GEM to family and friends.

Very quick service! Answered the call had someone come same day for a quote next day they were able to install! Impeccable service

I had a water leak in the AC unit and while they were here also found out that the capacitor was old and needed to be changed to get to right cooling temperature.
A little pricy , l paid $750 for a new capacitor and removal of some debris in the water collector in Ac unit.

But it still great , since they showed up as same day appointment and fixed everything.
Nicholas was very professional and did the job quickly.

My toilet stopped working this morning. I called Gem Plumbing at around 12:30pm and with an hour or so Nicole Tradd Technician was at my door. She did a fabulous job removing and replacing my toilet. She was very pleasant and friendly from start to finish! Great customer service all around!

David came out and assessed the problem and resolved it quickly! Love my experience with GEM! Awesome work and great service!
