Two Gem workers showed up to do annual service on time. Dave and his coworker were friendly, professional and excellent communicators.

The professionals from Gem came to our house to fix a leaky well pump. Fortunately, they diagnosed the problems, and were able to replace our well and tank all in one day. They showed me how bad the pump and tank were, gave us options, gave us estimate. After everything was installed they tested everything to make sure it was in working order. I had a great experience, and I would highly recommend using them. I cannot thank them enough.

Chris and Nem cleaned & checked the parts of my A/C system making sure all was functioning properly. Both helped me have a better understanding of how the unit works & things to consider as upgrades to the HVAC system. Based on their visit I plan to renew my annual maintenance plan.

I've dealt with Carmines for years. Decided to give them another job following their acquisition by GEM. Still the same good-hearted people. Paul came to our house & w/in minutes diagnosed the prob with our mini-split AC system: a clogged drain. He explained everything about the system; did a great job; & was a pleasure to speak with.
