Thomas from GEM came out today for my annual air-conditioning service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He performed a thorough inspection, topped off all the necessary fluids, checked and adjusted my filters, and made sure everything was running smoothly and efficiently.

What really went above and beyond was that he noticed a hornets’ nest growing next to my air-conditioning unit and took care of it for me on the spot. That was something I hadn’t even realized needed attention, and it saved me from a potentially unpleasant surprise later on!

My issue is with whoever issued the system’s equipment. After 6 hours of working the technicians discovered they had been given the wrong system until! Resulting in them having to return for another 6 hour work day! This resulted in an additional day of inconvenience for myself and my family. No one from the Gem administration/management team has contacted me to apologize or offer reconciliation. I am happy with the product and the performance of the technical staff. But not with the treatment from management.
