Nick and Shaq who work at GEM were amazing. They stayed all day to make sure my tankless water heater was installed and trouble shot through issues with my pipes and electrical until it all worked. They called in an electrictixian teammate who assisted and was there within an hour. Nick was here yesterday with a colleague to put in the filter and water conditioning and my heater hadn’t arrived yet so they came back again today. GEM Customer service picks up at all hours and sends texts, calls and emails to follow up and update on when the service providers will show up. I have had a membership with them for two years and been extremely happy with their service and efficiency.
