He kept me informed on what was happening all along the way. It turns out that it was several problems all related and by the end of the day another part had to be found. The next day Harrison and Erin were there bright and early and with the new part. Even with the new parts things were still not working right, so they contacted the tech team at Bryant headquarters and they were stumped. But Harrison and Erin solved the problem and now we have heat. They were terrific, very hard working, knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I’m very pleased.
