Excellent service in every respect: starting with the salesperson, Peter Dallas; Sean, the installation coordinator; and, of course, the installers Joe & Cristar!!
Pete was extremely professional, friendly, understanding and very flexible when negotiating the final price.
After 28 years of using a Lennox central heating and air conditioning system, we decided was time to get new systems and we went with Carrier this time, a highly respected brand too backed by GEM Plumbing as a certified provider. Both the sales process and the speed of the installation were incredibly efficient. We spoke with Peter on a Tuesday morning , and by 3:00 p.m. on Friday of same week the installation was complete. We were lucky enough to have Joe Medeiros and Cristar Fig from GEM as our technicians!
Let me tell you, this duo is exceptional! They are very young but possess extensive knowledge and a fantastic attitude. I was truly impressed by their technical work and their courtesy. These two technicians are a great asset to GEM and WE would love them to be recognized! We are very happy at home; the air conditioning system works wonderfully! And We can’t wait to use this coming winter our new furnace too!

ALecs Reyes was the best!!! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He turned our terrible experience with our last contractor into a positive outcome . We had been struggling to find a plumber for a month! GEM was available and took us in immediately when others were ignoring our calls! We now have hot water again. I can shower in peace.

Richard was on schedule and very honest and transparent regarding the failed part and freely answered questions about the HVAC system overall.

July 2026 — I just had Tim F from GEM ground my 21' above ground pool. Service was quick & excellent as usual! Highly recommend GEM electricians, plumbing & HVAC! They're fantastic!

June 2026 — Just had John P from GEM provide maintenance on my central AC unit. He was fantastic! Explained everything and performed his work efficiently with great communication andcrespect for my home! He was just great! I appreciate being able to get an appt so quickly with GEM. It's so helpful to be able to schedule appointments around my availability and as a FT worker who commutes via rail, I value that scheduling flexibility. Their work is exceptional. I highly recommend GEM!

The GEM plumbers were fantastic. They hooked up a new spigot and a back flow preventer for the drip irrigation system I will have installed soon. They explained everything, they were fast and respected my home during the job. I highly recommend GEM for your next plumbing repair or upgrade.
Today Nicole from GEM extended the pipe and added a female adapter for the irrigation system. She was speedy and fantastic!

David S. is a knowledgeable, courteous and effective HVAC technician. He was quick to diagnose the problem, provide a stopgap repair and return early the next morning to replace the faulty equipment. I highly recommend him.

John called ahead and let us know when he would arrive, and he was on time! While he offered more services than we wanted, he was happy to do just what we asked for. He did a great job and the pricing was standard. We definitely recommend GEM.

I needed the outside spigots replaced. They were able to accommodate my schedule. Everyone I spoke with at GEM was very kind and knowledgeable.
Shout out to Joseph Houston who was the one to do the work at my house. He was very nice and explained things to me.

Roberto provided an excellent review and proposal for a new mini split system. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. We agreed to the terms the next day then the installation was performed the following day! The installation team was top notch! They handled all the installation from the electrical, air handler and the heat pump. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend GEM pluming and heating!

Ryan Sandbach was knowledgeable, professional and very personable! They were here for a free estimate and in the end there was nothing I needed immediately. Ryan was very happy to continue to discuss all of my thoughts and concerns in my old home. He never did a hard sell and I look forward to calling GEM/ Ryan in the future.
