Kitchen Sink Installation in Rhode Island and Massachusetts

Had a Kohler kitchen and Bathroom faucet installed with a vanity. Eric and Gem Plumbing did a fantastic job and kept us updated as they went along. Extremely knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, and gave us some information before they left. They explained their warranty and said “we’re around 24/7 if you need us”. I am not a plumber but train others in customer service. And Gem Plumbing gets an A++

As has consistently been the case with Gem, the service man was professional, the work was done right, and everything was clear and above board. But also, as always, it was not cheap. Still, it was an emergency and Gem was the only outfit to actually answer their phone (as opposed to leaving a message or filling out an online form that might be responded to the next day) and schedule an appointment quickly and appropriate to fixing the emergency.

Very good. Technician determined fluids were empty. Was able to fill with dye and rescheduled future appt to search for leaks Has already identified leak in condenser at pipe connection. He checked all vents and 2 air handlers To track locations of Freon. Determined proper pressure levels and other settings were ok but not cooking. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Today we had our AC systems installed on the roof of our condo’s. The team from GEM were amazing. They were very professional, communicated every step of what they were doing which gave me great peace. The team, Omar who was the lead, John, Louis, Michael, Mike the electrician were phenomenal. Nick with the crane crew was very nice. I hope I didn’t miss anyone. It was so assuring watching them work so well together. Their respect for each other was present and refreshing. This job was done simultaneously between my neighbors condo and my condo which was huge. The team truly worked AMAZINGLY well together. Their checklist & cleanup was A PLUS PLUS. I would highly recommend GEM and their teams. Anthony Goris was very professional and expertly explained what was happening with my very old AC unit. He was very patient and kind with his time relieving my anxiety of a huge purchase. Edgar Pollino was also very professional and expertly explained my options. He was very knowledgeable explaining everything and very patient & kind answering all my questions. I would highly recommend GEM.

Richard was a very knowledgeable technician who evaluated the issues with my heat pump/split system. I decided not to proceed with the recommended extensive repairs at this time.

Aug 2025 – Excellent service by Jacob and his coworker . Yearly maintenance on our Generator . Great service as always . Routine maintenance appointment for our boiler . Highly recommended . 2025- same great service for our routine maintenance for our central air unit. May 14, 2026 – great yearly central air maintence by Joe and Anthony . Professional and helpful explaining the inspection they preformed August -18 2026 – we had our yearly maintence for our generator . Aiden was the Gem tech that came out and did the yearly maintence. Aiden was excellent answering all my questions regarding the generator . Was a pleasure having Aiden serviced our yearly generator maintenance August 21-2026. Gem tech Richard stopped by today to go over a couple of issues with our central air unit . Excellent visit and service .
