Conducted troubleshooting of Rannai combi boiler. Tech was knowledgeable and thorough. Explained everything.

Tech was prompt, informative and competent—-well done. When making appointment I requested ball park figure for general servicing. Was told a tech would contact me with that information—- that didn’t happen and I was blind-sided relative to service costs.

Walter and Anthony arrived to install my new washlet toilet (bidet) and it was Completed in no time. A great new addition to my guest bathroom with the excellent service that GEM Always provides!

Upon turning on the water in a seasonal property, a dramatic, high-impact plumbing emergency was there to greet me!  I made a few calls – Gem Plumbing was quick to respond, and quite compassionate with their handling my excited concern.   Very shortly after as announced (time of arrival, name of tech. and photo) – Aaron P arrived in his van like one of the super heroes from the Saturday morning cartoons I used to watch.  Yet, I digress.  Aaron was clean, well dressed (for the job) and quite congenial.  Of course, the news that Aaron delivered was unfortunate (for me) and not what I wanted to hear – however – I could tell with Aaron's presence that everything would be ok in the end.  Aaron clearly has great mastery of his skilled profession.  Beyond that- Aaron was courteous, engaging, respectful, and unfazed by the mess he walked into.  So – as I sit here composing this accolade, Aaron is working on the last part of this multifaceted cluster of a plumbing problem.  I must say – the work is pricy – but – for one:  I couldn't do it, and for two:  I KNOW – I am FULLY confident that all of the issues will be resolved by the time Aaron gets back in his van and drives away.

I am NOT amused with my Higher Power's sense of humor today, but I am glad help was just a phone call away.  Thank Aaron – super-hero!

Just had a plumber out to check my pipes to ensure there were no issues and it was covered under my plan so it Didn’t cost me any out-of-pocket money. Great job as always.

Steve came out on Memorial Day after a tree fell onto our electric lines, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. Christopher did an excellent job repairing our central air conditioning system. We were his last stop on what I’m sure was a long and busy day in May. He had to get into our attic through a small ceiling hatch in the dark and there was no complaint or negativity. He got the system up and running quickly and had a great attitude.

He was prompt, honest, very thorough and extremely pleasant. I will hire him again in a heartbeat. I just did not get the invoice in my email as promised and the HVAC is not working again after a week -87 degrees in the house again. May need to replace and not repair something.

Technician explains work well and seems very competent. The inability to know, even within hours, his schedule is a substantial problem.
