After opening the side panel Richard showed me the black mold and rust inside the unit. NO ONE had ever opened the side panel during a yearly service appointment. The following day Richie and John arrived at 7:45AM. Leo then arrived. They worked from the time they arrived (7:45AM-5:00PM) until they completed the job. They are respectful both professionally and personally. They thoroughly explained all the work they did and gave me information that I did not know previously. Again, we get the a/c serviced yearly and no one had ever explained anything. They cleaned up after completing the work. I mean immaculately.
