As has consistently been the case with Gem, the service man was professional, the work was done right, and everything was clear and above board. But also, as always, it was not cheap. Still, it was an emergency and Gem was the only outfit to actually answer their phone (as opposed to leaving a message or filling out an online form that might be responded to the next day) and schedule an appointment quickly and appropriate to fixing the emergency.

Today we had our AC systems installed on the roof of our condo’s. The team from GEM were amazing. They were very professional, communicated every step of what they were doing which gave me great peace. The team, Omar who was the lead, John, Louis, Michael, Mike the electrician were phenomenal. Nick with the crane crew was very nice. I hope I didn’t miss anyone. It was so assuring watching them work so well together. Their respect for each other was present and refreshing. This job was done simultaneously between my neighbors condo and my condo which was huge. The team truly worked AMAZINGLY well together. Their checklist & cleanup was A PLUS PLUS.
