Aug 2025 – Excellent service by Jacob and his coworker . Yearly maintenance on our Generator . Great service as always . Routine maintenance appointment for our boiler . Highly recommended . 2025- same great service for our routine maintenance for our central air unit. May 14, 2026 – great yearly central air maintence by Joe and Anthony . Professional and helpful explaining the inspection they preformed August -18 2026 – we had our yearly maintence for our generator . Aiden was the Gem tech that came out and did the yearly maintence. Aiden was excellent answering all my questions regarding the generator . Was a pleasure having Aiden serviced our yearly generator maintenance August 21-2026. Gem tech Richard stopped by today to go over a couple of issues with our central air unit . Excellent visit and service . August 28 2026 – another great professional visit today by ( Senior ) Joseph . Our central air went down and was fixed in less than 24 hours . Thanks again ! Oct 1 2026 – Erikson M and Demetris arrived to inspect my furnace for its yearly tune up . Another excellent professtional visit. Thank You !

Rainey was excellent . He explained why my system failed and explained what a new system would cost . We agreed to replace our furnace which was 24 years old . Rainey and Pedro showed up at 8 and before 4 I had a new furnace installed and the old one hauled away .Easily explained all the process , he was excellent

I was thoroughly impressed with the superb HVAC maintenance service I received from David Santiago and trainee, Kevin today! Before David and Kevin arrived I was very disappointed with having had my original service date rescheduled to what I thought were spurious reasons? In fact David and Kevin arrived after the designated rescheduled date and time today. GEM's communication was excellent throughout and their people seemed genuine and concerned. When David and Kevin arrived it turned the whole situation around. They could not have been more professional and knowledgable! I am now firmly committed to GEM and their Home Comfort maintenance program.

We just had our heating system replaced. We went from forced hot water system to a central heating and air conditioning system done by GEM plumbing and heating company We had Omar and Michael work in our home for 5 days they installed all the ductwork, the furnace and the condenser. These guys were very professional, kind, clean and informative throughout the whole install every day they explaind what they did and what is the expectation for the next day. Today was the last day they walked me through the whole system, how to change the filter how to operate the new thermostat and what to look for when things are not working properly. I say thank you to the whole team from planing to done, all went great to expectations

On time, friendly, professional and thorough testing and maintenance of old gas boiler and hot water heater, tested all radiators. Great communication about exact arrival time and throughout the process. GEM has well trained professionals. Excellent service as part of my maintenance contract.

Both techs were very professional and answered any questions we had. Also showed us how ro replace humidifier filter when needed. Worked steadily, cleaned furnace and replaced parts requested.

Our service rep Rainey was very professional knowledgeable and described the work and process of how GEM works in an easy to understand way. This was our first time using gem and we had a great experience
