I have used Gem in the past for both plumbing and electrical issues. This time it was a blocked kitchen drain. Turns out it was more than a blocked drain in the PVC under the sink. Nicholas snaked the entire line (down to the basement) to clear out grease and "gunk" that has been literally decades in the making.
