The technician arrived. He came in and diagnosed the problem with my ductless system. He was able to get my system functioning, even though he didn’t have the pot needed to be replaced so temporarily we can run the system as it is he did he did his job by diagnosing the issue and doing a temporary fix?

What really went above and beyond was that he noticed a hornets’ nest growing next to my air-conditioning unit and took care of it for me on the spot. That was something I hadn’t even realized needed attention, and it saved me from a potentially unpleasant surprise later on!

Technicians were highly qualified. Very knowledgeable and professional. Respectful towards me and my home. Completed installation with in timeframe and cleaned up the areas they worked in. My issue is with whoever issued the system’s equipment. After 6 hours of working the technicians discovered they had been given the wrong system until! Resulting in them having to return for another 6 hour work day! This resulted in an additional day of inconvenience for myself and my family. No one from the Gem administration/management team has contacted me to apologize or offer reconciliation. I am happy with the product and the performance of the technical staff. But not with the treatment from management.
