Subject to applicable law, a Monthly Maintenance Fee of $4.95 will be deducted on the first day of the 13th month, following 12 months of inactivity. If your Visa Virtual Account is lost or stolen, there is a $5.00 Replacement Fee to issue a new Visa Virtual Account. This Visa Virtual Account can be redeemed at every internet, mail order, and telephone merchant everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States.
