Upon turning on the water in a seasonal property, a dramatic, high-impact plumbing emergency was there to greet me!  I made a few calls – Gem Plumbing was quick to respond, and quite compassionate with their handling my excited concern.   Very shortly after as announced (time of arrival, name of tech. and photo) – Aaron P arrived in his van like one of the super heroes from the Saturday morning cartoons I used to watch.  Yet, I digress.  Aaron was clean, well dressed (for the job) and quite congenial.  Of course, the news that Aaron delivered was unfortunate (for me) and not what I wanted to hear – however – I could tell with Aaron's presence that everything would be ok in the end.  Aaron clearly has great mastery of his skilled profession.  Beyond that- Aaron was courteous, engaging, respectful, and unfazed by the mess he walked into.  So – as I sit here composing this accolade, Aaron is working on the last part of this multifaceted cluster of a plumbing problem.  I must say – the work is pricy – but – for one:  I couldn't do it, and for two:  I KNOW – I am FULLY confident that all of the issues will be resolved by the time Aaron gets back in his van and drives away.
