Two technicians came to assess my minisplit which has been leaking. They spent a lot of time working hard to find an answer which unfortunately ended in needing a follow up appointment with a handyman through GEM, to resolve an issue with my unit. New resident needing plumber to improve drainage of bathroom sinks and stop leaky faucets. As first plumber I called did not call me back, I called Gem for help. William and Mark were sent to provide service within 2 hours. Problems corrected after thorough discussion of options and pricing for each. Selected the replacement option for leaking faucets, which resulted in spending more money than anticipated, but they selected good looking faucets from supplier and returned to install them. I elected to enter into a one year contract to secure HVAC service for the year, eliminating the dispatch fee. I am pleased with the new well functioning faucets.
