*Reward amounts are determined by the referee’s final invoiced amount in relation to the stated pricing tiers, less any dispatch and diagnostic fees (if applicable). Dispatch and diagnostic fees do not apply towards the reward amount. Reward eligibility is limited to the referee’s first job with GEM Plumbing and Heating and must be their most recent completed and fully paid job. Rewards for both parties will be distributed approximately 30 days from when the referee’s invoice is paid in full. Referrer must have had prior work performed by GEM Plumbing and Heating and its affiliates, and must be in good standing to receive the reward. Referrers and Referees are responsible for any tax liability from participating in this program. GEM Plumbing and Heating reserves the right to alter or discontinue this program at any time.
