I wasn’t anticipating a plumbing issue on a Friday before a long weekend but there I was with a busted hot water tank and a very wet floor. I called GEM at 1030am and by 130 Carmelo and Marcelo were at my house. They quickly diagnosed the situation and we scheduled an appointment for Sat am to have the tank replaced. Sat AM they were there earlier than planned and completed the job efficiently and professionally. Very happy with this company !

Britain from GEM was awesome help me.out at the same time I had to go to work 3rd shift at my house.in the Middle of the night talk the proceeds to me and my sone was there he was helping my son to translate issues .he is 25 with Autism.
